For three generations, the Bassemier family that has been active in the growth of the community, in politics, education, community activities, social clubs, restoration of landmark buildings and enrichment in the values of our youth as a major supporter of the local boys and girls club.

In 1968, John and Diane Bassemier founded a retail business, converting the First Avenue Fire Station into a patio shop, the beginning of a successful operation that has become a household name; Bassemiers Fireplace, Patio & Spas.

Now located on East Morgan Avenue, Bassemiers Fireplace, Patio & Spas is a premier showroom that offers products for creating an inviting patio, deck or backyard setting; patio furniture, grills, spas, outdoor fireplaces, pool supplies and a complete line of accessories.
